Me my wife and two kids, went to this particular location and was fed lie after lie.. By a sales rep who calls his self Ped.. Lets start with Ped.. He was a very push hurry up and close kinda guy,but whatever didn't really see anyone who was much different so what the hec . So long story short we tell this guy we cannot prove my wife's income.. So he says no problem ok so we proceed.. My wife sees a car she likes and would be dependable for our family.. So we go with it.. 2500 dollar deposit made electronically.. Now let me also mention this whole time we are told again and again this is a done deal. We are continually told nothing other than this is a done deal? So after hours of negotiating and signing papers and being lied to.. We are then transfered to finance department.. The guy who dealt with me there his name is Mohamed aka Moe.. Another guy I would not recommend to anyone in fact every name I mention is a person you do not want to deal with.. So back to Moe we see him do a little more negotiations sign more papers to what we were told by everyone involved was our contract.. This was it done deal .. Finished paper work shaked hands asked for copies of paperwork.. But was told they would mail them to us.. Was never given any paperwork of any kind was never even given the chance to look it over.. Ok fine so we leave trusting these people cause you should be able to.. No paperwork no contract to look over nothing. So maybe about ten days go by.. We are at work and told by Ped the salesman to go to the dealership they found a better deal but we gotta hurry and get to the dealership.. So on my lunch break I go and see them then they drop the bomb want the car back or my wife has to prove income now.. Well really getting tired there is much more to come.. Stay away from these people.. We have tried to get contact info for the owner to report this and have been denied by John Torres this guy is supposed to be in charge.. Not gonna bad mouth.. There was a floor manager there that told my wife that if she wasn't nice when she came in they would keep our deposit.. She has his name written down.. So at this point my wife is feeling very intimidated and threatened that we might not even get our down payment back so we sign the deal cause all that is going through her head is what she was told by this guy who said he's in charge.. That we might not get our deposit back.. So after signing the deal this time with Moe again really watch out for this guy.. I asked for all papers I signed both times .. Was not given the other papers at any time.. Only the new contract with higher interest rate and payments.. So I call today and ask Moe the finance guy for the copies of the first contract we signed refused again.. Straight up told me we shred them how about that.. Now really seeming real fishy.. I do have more to say but hopefully this will get the owners attention and we can talk further... Cause everyone refuses to give me his contact info.. Stay clear do research please

You paid a deposit on a vehicle prior to negotiating the deal. Then, you signed a contract but claim, “never even given the chance to look it over… No paperwork no contract to look over nothing.” Here’s a recommendation: Read before signing and always demand a copy of every document you sign. They must honor that demand. Operating the car for ten days without vehicle registration was unlawful. How were you able to insure the car without the vehicle registration?

Later, the salesman offered you a “better deal” yet you agreed to sign another contract that called for a higher interest rate. I laughed about this for five minutes.

You failed to exercise common sense and allowed the dealer to walk all over you. That’s for doormats not customers. Happy motoring.
