MAC OF ALL TRADES refuses to exchange my 2008-2009 MacBook with one that meets their advertisement of "certified refurbished" Attorneys Rosenbaum and Famularo have warned Amazon sellers against using the term "certified refurbished" as they denote that it means repaired to the manufacturer's original specifications.

No MacBook older than 2012 can be updated and is therefore useless as it cannot be repaired to perform to the original performance level, you can't install Microsoft 365, and in regard to their advertising it as "certified refurbished" they now admit that they only inspected it.

Refurbished also means repaired by the original manufacturer when the Rosenbaum-Famularo definition is combined with other research such as Black's Law Dictionary and The Legal Thesaurus. Consumers should google "complaints against mac of all trades" and call Apple inquiring about Mac Of All Trades before purchasing.
