You go straight to Mac Tools for warranties - Not the distributor

Says right on their warranty page " If you currently are not serviced by a distributor, items can be returned for warranty directly to Mac Tools. " Along with all their contact info. You're post sale support is not tied to the guy who sold them to you, so long as he was indeed a legit Mac tool guy.
