This company operates a rip off from day one, with the clients and the staff. The innocent and naive treated as sausage meat going through a mincer. The gullible people going to exhibitions and MRI getting a name and number, then telemarketers battering them to come on a viewing trip. On the trip once they are picked up by the salesperson and toured around the developments, dumped in a hotel, returned back to the airport after three days, the salespeople are forced to get the client to buy a property using 1980's timeshare closing techniques and that's just the clients. If the client does not buy MRI knows that the customer will never return, not surprised they got off lightly, not one person is trained in customer service or today's selling techniques. They only do a three-day training in Marbella to introduce the company directors & management.
As for the sales staff are treated worst, the promise of high earnings which one goes along with, then after a short time it dawns on yourself after day in and day out working hard you start to discover many of the clients have no money and no desire to buy. The worst thing is the early days all tours are carried out at one's own expense, doing a vast amount of mileage, petrol, wear & tear or hired car and you are expected to wine and dine the client out of your own pocket & expense, these moulted to at least 200 per client every week even if they did not buy.
Then the final bullet is when a client may have bought something you have to wait 7-8 months for the commission that's if you last. If then commission comes does comes in, you would not get you own out of pocket expenses returned. The only income is the sales commission that you can rely on, if you got your money back on expenses and made a profit this would not come back until your 3rd sale which may come in another 2 months time.
So you would be working for ten months for Free to see any profit for your efforts, some colleagues may have had a company car but they get 750 per month deducted from the commissin pipeline and which ends up with no commission from the pipeline, arrr you poor soles working for Free for over ten months. I would rather sit on the beach for Free! for ten months.
