For people who seem to be having problems with Solutions Overseas - if you look on the MacAnthony Realty International Website, you will see that they recommend Solutions Overseas.

With all the problems people have had with MRI's 'recommended' lawyers - Legal Independence, and finance people - Capital Financial Partners, and the developers MRI have recommended on developments where things have gone horrifically wrong, people would be wise to think carefully before using another company MRI recommend.

Solution Overseas is independent run by Wendy MacAnthony.

They are referred to as The Company.

Just look a few clauses in Solutions (for Darraghs financial problems) Overseas.

(The entertainment industry must have been hit hard by the world crisis, because a bunch of out of work clowns must have written this)

1.      (11.1) states, The terms and conditions of this agreement may vary from time to time. What does that even mean? Is it a joke?(And it is up to you to periodically visit the website to know when changes occur) (11.1)

2.      (12.6) The company reserves the right to terminate this Agreement without cause or penalty at any time. (Am I on an Benny Hill episode, or perhaps Doctor Who?)

3.      (2.3) Unbelievable. The Company will market and advertise the rental of the Property inventory as per market demands. What does, as per market demands mean? If The Company decides there are no market demands, then according to this contract, they dont have to advertise.

4.      (2.3) The owner agrees that the Property may be marketed using generic photographs and said photographs may not specifically relate to the Owners individual Property. Oh, that is very clever. According to that wording, The Company can sign up 1000 clients in Sunny Beach, and run one generic add with all their partners that says, Holiday beach rentals in Sunny Beach, and they have fulfilled their obligations to the contract. (I am sure though that Darragh, oops, I mean, Wendy would not do that)

This should be more than enough, but feel free to read further if you want more disbelief.

5.      (2.3) The Company is solely responsible for choosing how, where and when the property is marketed. The Company reserves the right o withdraw the Property form marketing the any of  the Companys travel partners

6.      The contract is for a year and automatically renews every year. (1.2; 1,3)

7.      It can only be terminated by 90 days written notice, and The Company stops marketing and take all your bookings away. (1.4). At some point you are guaranteed to lose 25% of the yearly charges you pay.

8.      You must pay immediately, (2.1) ;but advertising and marketing only start when The Company is satisfied the property is ready. (1.2) ;and what a exhaustive list of things you have to do, just to give them money. You have to take pictures that they deem satisfactory. You have to write a description of the property they find satisfactory. You have to provide keys, codes, access, and gate fobs. You have to perform and have approved a health and safety report, again to their satisfaction

 

You decide it this sounds like good contract to enter into.
