On Friday June 2nd 2006, I went to a Mall called Rochdale Village Mall located at 165-40 Baisley Blvd, Jamaica, New York in order to do a Deployment for Chase Bank, I went into at 1:00 PM which was one hour earlier than my start-up time should be because I needed to get acquainted to the Bank's Personnel and check my Inventory.

This Branch is small in terms of size and there was not much of a Parking space either, and you'd have to go behind the mall in order to access into the Bank, I managed to find a Parking space whic was noted legal by the Branch Manager, along with other Bank's employees cars, mine also was still parked when I got out at 6:00 Pm for a Break.

It was until midnight when my work was over and then we all got out of the Bank, and then I noticed my parking space was empty and my car was gone, I quickly notified the Banking crew..
They had helpd tracing the car with the local Mall security group who called their Towing company to come remove my car..

This Towing Company is located in 136-31 Springfield Blvd, Springfield Gardens, NY 11413, it goes by the name of: MACARTHUR AUTOMOTIVE LTD, they work 24 hours a day, 7 days a week hawking and dragging people's cars illegally except in rare cases of an accident.

They charged me $108.63 and really I feel cheated, abused, and used, I am talking about a far distance from the Bank was and I had to get a ride from 2 strangers who were devoted to help me get there at their location under a trenched rainy night in heavy longing downpour, this was a very emotional ordeal, by the time we get there it was close to 1:30 AM deep in darkness this neighboorhood is underserved by this MACARTHUR AUTOMOTIVE who sets its price at $108.63 take it or leave it...Cash Only! no Credit card accepted!...I did not have money in my pocket that night, nor money in my Bank Account but I could only use my Credit Card...But unfortunately this Company has no Fax machine number listed on their receipt, they do not take Credit Card.

I had to trade a Laptop which I had taken with me, in order for them to release the car, I gave the Towing company's Truck driver the Laptop and he paid $108.63 to the Cashier and then he told me to follwo him to get to the Car.

MACARTHUR AUTOMOTIVE in Springfield Gardens is undeservingly doing Business in this Community because of the Ethnic composition of that Community, therefore the strickly exploitation aura it created and maintained onto anybody in the area and beyond does not fairing with Business ethics and rules of engagement in Business and its proper practices, and it is nothing but Cheating...and explotation.

I felt violated against my civic and human and property rights by MACARTHUR AUTOMOTIVE of Springfield Gardens.

Your anger is misplaced. Your beef is with the mall, not the towing company.

Your anger is misplaced. As you posted:

"They had helpd tracing the car with the local Mall security group who called their Towing company to come remove my car.."

Your beef is with the mall, not the towing company. The towing company is under contract with the mall, and was called to remove your car. If you were not parked illegally or in a prohibited parking place then you need to be angry at security, not the towing company.

Most towing companies won't take credit cards for vehicles removed in this manner. It would be to simple for you to reverse the charge.

The obvious question comes up

The obvious question is, "Why was it towed?" Did mall security say why it was towed? And since mall security had it towed, why are you upset with the tow company?

The bill for towing of $108 actually seems kind of low. Since they had permission from the mall to remove the vehicle, they did not do so illegally.
