Machine Zone MZ A pack I purchased have not enough promised items in it! Internet
I purchased a pack for Game of War fire age(popular online game). That pack guaranteed to upgrade a Gear Work Shop (special build in the city which give additional power) to level 27. When I opened that pack I was able to upgrade my Gear Work Shop to level 26 only... I asked MZ to send me a new pack to upgrade my Gear Work Shop to level 27, that what they promised me, or give my money back, they refused to do that. Moreover, they told me that I used Seething Power Jewels on other buildings, when I checked my building I found that only Gear Work Shop needed Seething Power Jewels! Other building don't need Seething Power Jewels to be upgraded! They lied to me and tried to shut me down! I tried to explained them that it was not my fault but MZ's miscalculation. They ignore me... Please help me. They don't want to listen to me...
