I went to a brand new dealship on the west side of El PAso Texas to get a simple problem corrected. My drivers side window of my 2001 Jeep Grand Cherokee slide off track and got stuck in the down posn. They told me it needed a regulator becasue the teeth broke and he could repair it but he did not have a repair kit. A NEW dealership!!!

Quoted me an outrageouse price of 190-dollars for the piece and 78-dollars in labor. I said no drove back to work and realized they never even looked to see the problem door had never been disturbed. I find it hard to believe they dont have a repair kit. This is a Brand new state of the art facility! Be aware there service department there has some crooked practices.
