 Where is Biggie??

Biggie is a 5 year old male bulldog whose owner could no longer care for him. Biggie’s owner gave him to me to find a new  (complete with signed AKC paperwork) who thought she could find Biggie a loving, permanent h...ome. Sadly, through no fault of the owner or me, Biggie ended up in the hands of an unscrupulous rescue group, although the rescue group that took Biggie assured the surrendering party 1st owner(s) he was going to a “permanent home” where someone would care for any of his medical needs.

NOT TRUE.
I have in my possession the signed AKC paperwork DID NOT sign the surrender form placing Biggie into rescue. I signed NOTHING and WOUND NOT
until she had approved Biggie was going to be in a Permanent home with either an elderly couple that MACK stated would care for him permanently or find another home that Elana would have to approve. He was driven from NY to MD and at some point Biggie went into distress after the transport or so I was told.
I have since found out many false statements.

The Elderly Couple took Biggie to VCA Veterinary Referral Associates, located at 500 Perry Parkway. Gaithersburg, MD for his medical needs. The Elderly Couple who took him to the vet told me that they have no intention of paying for his "F**king Medical Bills". Flash forward to the infamous “Mack Supports Bulldog Rescue” group who is now holding an emergency auction for palate surgery for Biggie. However, NO ONE knows where Biggie is, the vet will not divulge any information to me or anyone. We don’t know if Biggie is at the vet or has been transported to another location. I, the LEGAL owner, have been DUPED and don't care what the vet bills are, I will find a way to pay for them. We just want Biggie Back. He will not be given to another rescue and will live with the LEGAL OWNER as our own dog. Mack Supports Bulldog Rescue had originally told me that I can have the dog but 1st would have to pay THE FEE! I said that I would pay the vet fee's to the vet. No response.... All communication with MACK Supports Bulldog Rescue and the Elderly woman who she had or has possession of BIGGIE have ceased. They have Hung up on
her, told the VET to not divulge any information to her.

DO NOT
PARTICIPATE in ANY Fund Raisers for BIGGIE or anything run by MSBR or Mack Supports Bulldog Rescue, they have faked a 501 c 3 certificate, they are registered as a non profit in New Hampshire but operate in maryland and Georgia.

He is not rightfully theirs and belongs to the Legal Owner me. The Original Owner of Biggie has given me  Legal Ownership of Biggie and backs me 100%

To further ad insult I received a letter from the VET not on letterhead and unsigned. Stating that Biggie went into distress and was euthanized and cremated the same night. This nightmare started on August 11, when he was picked up from me in Brooklyn, and Sunday night supposedly on a facebook post they said he has passed. The Vet will not say anything, except a fake letter someone sent. Help me find Biggie, I know he is still alive.

Where Is Biggie?

5 year old English Bulldog named Biggie had one sole owner named Simon, from Brooklyn NY. Simon was at his place of business, a cycle shop, when a gentleman entered to make a purchase related to cycling. The gentleman's wife who goes by the name of Elana Diner (please note that Elana Diner also has gone by the name of Elana Minsky as well as at least one or more aliases on FB) then entered the same cyclery shop to make an inquiry. At some point, Simon learned directly from Elana that she currently or previously owned an English Bulldog. Simon pulled out some wallet photos of his own 5 year old male Bulldog named Biggie. Simon stated that Biggie had been living in his parent's basement in Brooklyn for several years because he could not really devote time to him. Elana voluntarily told Simon that she knew a woman in English Bulldog Rescue that could find Biggie an adoptive family. Simon took Elana to meet Biggie and Elana left with Biggie. Elana contacted the woman she knew who volunteered for English Bulldog Rescue. Elana voluntarily drove Biggie to the woman. The woman immediately called MSBR (Mack Supports Bulldog Rescue). This is a valid 501c3 English Bulldog Rescue in the state of New Hampshire as well as the state of Georgia. She took photos of Biggie and forwarded them to MSBR. The photos showed a grossly overweight English Bulldog whose nails had grown painfully into all four of his paws. She also posted a video of Biggie demonstrating Biggie having challenges with his breathing. MSBR immediately called one of the veterinary offices that it uses to explain the situation and confirm that the Vet(s) would be willing to evaluate and treat Biggie with donations made to MSBR or direct payments to the actual vet through donators. The Vet agreed and MSBR confirmed a foster for Biggie as MSBR never takes fosters into their own home.

The transporting of Biggie began and he was headed to his approved foster in the state of Maryland. The transporter reported many times that Biggie's breathing was extremely labored and he demonstrated extreme difficulty in trying to breathe in fresh air. Once transport was completed, the foster immediately got Biggie to the vet where it was decided after a thorough evaluation that Biggie would need corrective surgery on his palate to give him a chance to breathe with no issues. It was also noted that Biggie had been neglected by his one and only owner Simon based on his size, nails and breathing issues. Unfortunately, Biggie passed away in the foster's arms before treatment was ever done. The vet explained that Biggie had always needed palate surgery but his years of living quietly in a basement had kept his breathing challenges at bay. It was further discovered that there were videos of Biggie going on a few outings with his one and only owner, Simon. Those videos clearly showed Biggie completely out of breath sucking with all that he had to get air. Biggie's death occurred after his trachea collapsed upon itself. It was concluded that all of the times Biggie tried to suck in air with great difficulty had actually caused his trachea to thin out to the point where it had collapsed upon itself. The transport caused extreme anxiety for Biggie which in turn caused him to breathe in very hard. His foster was in shock and deeply saddened. Biggie's paw print was taken on clay, veterinary papers were written up with the cause of his death and he was promptly cremated. MSBR has Simon's address and will be mailing all of the paperwork that discusses all of the above. Elana Diner has lied, made public death threats against those involved with Biggie through MSBR and made many harassing phone calls against MSBR. It needs to stop as the accusations are false. Charges against Elana Diner are being filed for defamation of character and public death threats.
