A Texas Mini Schnauzer breeder named Mackenzie Black responded to our want ad. She sounded honest and true about her mini schnauzer puppys and she put a guarantee behind them. We had put down a deposit like she told us to do to reserve and hold one of the puppies. She said she has the Father of the puppy which she called Taylor and the mother of this puppy she called Sally. She said she was a Mini Schnauzer,Chihuahua and Pomeranian breeder in Lawton,OK/Texas. All of a sudden out of now where she backed out of her own agreement/contract with us for a female black mini schnauzer puppy at the last minute before the puppy was to be shipped/delivered and KEPT all our deposit money. No explanation just backed out of her own agreement/contract and would not return any of our deposit money. One picture of the puppy that was sent to us in the beginning was good but the video pictures she had sent us later (the night before the puppy was to be shipped/dilvered) of the puppy were horribly blurry and you couldnt make out what they were. We inquired about the FULL AKC names of the parent dogs and thats when she backed out of the agreement/contract.Its been since April 2012 with endeless attemps to contact her and we still have not heard one word from her nor our deposit back.
