I hired Scott last year to help me with a simple Quadro split with my ex husband and I.
Scott assured me it would be no problem and he'd have it completed within 30 days. He took my $900 check and I provided him all the docs he requested immediately.
A week went by and Scott contacted me telling me he would need more $$$ to take care of the documents.
I thought this was odd as friends of mine told me they filed their own and it was a simple process.
I let Scott know I was not goign to pay any more $$$ to him as we already agreed on the total cost to complete the work.
Another week went by, now two weeks, and I contacted Scott to see what he had completed. He said he had not done anything yet.
I then kindly requested to terminate the agreement and get a full refund I needed to get my Quantro completed myself.
Two more weeks went by with countless texts, phone calls and emails to Scott with no response and clearly nothing being done as he promised.
Thirty days go by with no response to my request for my $900 refund.
During this time I notified my ex husband of my frustrations.
My ex then successfully completed and filed our Quatro docs within in days.
To this day more than 18 months later I still have not heard a word from Scott.
He refuses to HONOR HIS WORD or REFUND ME MONEY.
