This a report about Ron Bracali, the CEO of Macomb Marketing Media. I run a small family promotional products company and we received a call from Ron looking to purchase a substantial amount of product from us - $97,657.56 worth to be exact.

This would be by far the largest order we have ever done so we requested 25% of the payment before we shipping the product ($24,414.38). Upon receiving payment, we manufactured the order and shipped it out with Ron acknowledging its receipt.

Then for 3 months we would reach out to Ron and his company for reimbursement for the delivered product. After 3 months of us reaching out Ron decided to send us a payment of $20,000 and then stated there was an issue with the product. We provided detailed proof showing that the product was indeed manufactured according to the exact specifications.

At that point Ron and everyone else at his company completely disappeared and stopped responding to our calls, texts, and emails with the request for the balance of this custom order ($53,243.10). We also know they resold this custom product to Ford Motors.

We have offered everything to Ron and his team: we’ll take the product back for a full refund or we’ll take the product and make any requested changes he is looking to have done, literally anything – but we can not be out $53,243.10 because we simply will not survive that as a small family business. We have pleaded with Ron over every possible channel of communication to no avail.

Not only is Ron and his company are refusing to pay us for the product they received and resold; they are also refusing to return the product back to us.

On a personal level I have never experienced what is an essence pure theft and I am in dire need of help.

Would appreciate any advice.
