Teres May and MacPherson's Property Management treat their homeowners like garbage for just asking simple questions that they should answer.

Here is one example of an email exchange between me (homeowner) and Teresa (property manager).

As noted in my email from yesterday, I am concerned about the disrepair at Maple Ridge after having visited the property for the first time in three years last week.
 
I have included the original document that we sent to the homeowners detailing where the special assessment would be spent.
 
Can I please have a breakdown of where exactly the $200,000 was spent as I don't believe it was spent in the manner that I presented to the community.  Clearly something drastic must be done as the siding is awful, windows need to be replaced and the glass lanais appear to be falling down.
 
Ostensibly there will have to be another special assessment soon or at least the consideration of a community association loan.  I will not allow my investment to continue to degrade because of lack of attention and appropriate response.
 
I have asked for this detail in the past and have yet to receive such.  Please respond to email or I will pursue this request through formal methods.

Michael,

That information was sent out to homeowners in the past, the breakdown of where the special assessment was spent. You should have that information in the many mailings that you have received from the association.

Glen Decker no longer owns a unit at Maple Ridge I have deleted him from this email thread, Brian Hopkins is no longer on the board I have deleted him from this email thread, and Ann Spencer is not actively participating at this time.

I gave the board your email that you sent this week and they are aware of your comments.

I have not received the said detail as you state. 
 
Expect my request through a formal process.   I would have expected a communication that you were forwarding my request to the board.   I am not the least impressed with your ability to communicate professionally any longer.
 
You could tell me who the board members are, but I can also request that through a formal process as you seem to obtuse to oblige.
 
Your actions are causing me to hire an attorney, which will then lead to undue expenses from the association.  This is not a threat.
 
I am fully versed with RCW 64.38.045.   I would like to request the names and addresses of all owners and I am allowed said detail by Washington law.
 
Please inform me what dates you sent the aforementioned detail and to what address.

Wow.  You work for all Maple Ridge owners, not just the board.  Expect me to come full force and to make known to all homeowners how you are solely responsible for this undue cost coming.  You are unprofessional to say the least.  I will be asking for a full audit and I hope MacPherson's hasn't bundled money inappropriately.
 
I am shocked that you treat your customers this way, but not too surprised considering the way you manage our property.
 
Expect this one to go to the BBB for MacPherson's.
