Macsales.com OWC, Other World Computing They Refused to Honor a Replacement SSD that Was Still IN Warranty Woodstock Illinois
This company RMA dept are very arrogant and refused a SSD replacement that was still under warranty. All the parts were sent back to them unaltered with no damage, but they refuse to honor their pledge to replace. Avoid them at all cost. Now, i'm out by thousands of dollars because of these people. I am going to spend the next years complaining all over the internet about how dishonest and arrogant they are w/ their return policy. The same amount of money they robbed me of will be spent by me on an advertising campaign to let everyone know how horrible this company is to their customers.

You didn’t respond so apparently this didn’t really happen. I’m sure the truth lies somewhere among the unanswered questions.

What brand is the SSD? What was the cost of the SSD? What was the date of purchase? What was the date you requested the RMA? Did you return the item within the RMA return window? Why is it OWC’s fault that you are out thousands of dollars? What was their reason for declining your request for replacement under warranty?
