Purchased 2 Michael Kors watches. When delivered 1 watch worked, the other one did not. Contacted Macy’s Customer Service. We were told that they would be sending a replacement watch. We were told to discard the defective watch, and not to return it. The next day we received an email from Macy’s telling us the watch (defective) had to be returned or our credit card would be charged for the watch.

My issue isn’t returning a junk watch, but the deception used by Macy’s. If we had not checked our email we would have been charged again for their defective watch. At best Macy’s has a very inconsistent customer service department. I will never buy anything from Macy’s again.
