I was a worker at Macy's in The Woodlands Mall store Number #167 . I was there from Jan. 19 2005 to March 8 2006, I was injured twice on the job and reported they decided not to help me on both times , Ive tried my best to get a answer on this situation and medical help but could not even get and arbitration going because they refused to set one up. I have been UN-employed since 2006 . The policy from the store is to make sure the prices are confusing to making sure to pass the customer off to a manager if they didn't like the stores policy. When we were told that the main office was going to show up at the store we were told by the store manager and assistant managers to say Outstanding if district and corporate managers ask us on how is the store doing and how we were doing.

If you are at the Macy's Woodlands store in Texas avoid with all cost. save time and money and go somewhere else you would get hurt by the prices or physically hurt from the safety hazards in the store from the air conditioning being off to wet floors with no warning signs.
