Complaint Review: Macys.com

Macys.com I placed order for kitchen appliance after checking out my item in their online website cart and my payment processed to my debit card Macy's sent me an email that they cancelled my order & I won't be charged. I was charged they refuse to communicate with about the refund.

I was ripped off by Macys.com for $89.99 after they cancelled my order & gave no reason yet they refuse to refund my payment. They will not reply by customer service emails. They sent two "Do not reply" emails that someone will contact & they contiinue to not respond. They robbed me. I will be filing a dispute with Visa Debit Card to reclaim my payment from Macys.com
