Complaint Review: MAD Wireless

I found MAD Wireless on eCrater.com and purchased 3 iPhones.  After I made the purchase, the eCrater system told me to call to make payment. I made payment over the phone with my Paypal Merchant Debit card/Visa/MC.  The man I purchased from, Michael Williams, told me he had the phones in his hand and would ship the following day.  The phones were never shipped.  After 3 days, he stopped answering my phone calls and changed his machine message to say that all iPhone orders are backordered.  I had to cancel all of my sales to customers who were waiting for me to ship their iPhones.  I sent email to madwireless.net and left messages requesting a refund with absolutely no reply.  Had to file for a chargeback with my credit card provider.
