Complaint Review: Mada Insurance And Pet City Voyage

i had adopted a dog over the internet petcity voyage were supposed to deliver these dogs after asking for 240 for delivery i paid over moneygram after a few hours i phoned the company getting a lot of abuse from a man that couldnt speak very much english i could understand they want more money 700 insurance i paid 100 and managed to pursuade the seller for the rest i still did not receive the puppies a day went passed i got a phone call the dogs are stuck in harlow pet control and needed another 75 to renew papers so i paid again through moneygram and was promised that i would receive these dogs a few hours passed and another phone call later i was told my dogs died from heart attack in the van and i would be refunded and compensated 14 thousand pound to good to be true well in fact it was i recieved emails from the insurance mada insurance saying they wanted copies of my id inorder to forward the money through moneygram or hand over my bank details well how stupid do they think i am!! so in the end i havent handed over the documents and have gone to police to find out they are not doing anything illegal so they are never gonna stopped and are gonna keep making victims out of the few decent people we have left in this world.
and not one of these people in this scam could talk english!!!!!
