My company has ordered a few Karaoke players and the deal was that we would get free shipping.

We actually paid $10.00 more than the asking price for each machine in order to cover the shipping. technically, the shipping was not really free.

When the invoice came, there was a charge for shipping. Naturally, a complaint was made and also a request to have the charges credited to the card originally used for the purchase.

To have that credit issued was agreed by the salesperson that took the order, Mr Sean Jiordan, and also by the Administration Manager of MadBoy, Ms. Barbara (Barb) Quintero.

The invoice is dated Sept/27/11. To this day, Dec/27/11, no credit has being issued.

Several calls have being placed, in reality we left massages on the MadBoy voice mail because at this point no one is picking up the Phone.

Since we where not getting any telephone replies, we started to send a few Emails to Barbara and also the CEO of MadBoy Mr. LJ Janosic.
So, both phone calls and Emails remain unanswered and totally ignored.

Something that looks suspicious on the invoice, is the fact that it was billed to "Sage Music Sean Jordan" but shipped to my Company.

We did not know this when we placed the verbal order with Mr. Sean Jordan, that the invoice would be billed to "Sage Music" and paid by our Company

Mad-Boy Audio, Sage Music fixed the credit problem

After only one day from the posted complaint, We received a call from the owners of Mad-Boy Audio and Sage Music.
It appears that there was a problem with one particular employee, coordinating the dealings and communications between our Companies.
Because of that, the problem was not being addressed properly and carried on for too long.
We will now be receiving our due credit and more.
As far as we're concerned, Mad Boy and Sage Music are now in good standing and we will resume doing business as usual with them.
