She defrauded me by falsifying billing documentation (proven with hours spent on web design tracking system), failed to stay within terms of contract. Padded bill with hours/work never complete.
Do not believe her. I now have a website barly a skeleton, a logo, for several thousand dollars. She is a crook and no where to be found now.
