Complaint Review: Maddison's Who's Who Thomas MartinTim Jacobs

I was suckered into the fee for this scam... When I got my introduction email I called to cancel imediately (within 4 hours) since it didn't have half the things that were promised on our phone call. I also left a message (4 times in 2 weeks) without a response. When I finally did get ahold of someone they said my time had passed and that they showed me as recieving my package which I did not. I chalked up the 120 bucks (they said 89.99 on the phone) to a bad decision.

Now they charge me 9.95 out of nowhere! I called furios and they said that I was told that in the package(the one that I never recieved) and they then say they see where it was returned. they is some beligerant guy on the phoen that says he is going to ask Tim Jacobs (the manager) so he puts me on hold for 10 seconds. I ask to speak with the manager and he says he is in a meeting. I am getting mad because if he was in a meeting then how did he ask him? He said that the guy remembers me from 4 months ago when I called teh first time upset and he reviewed my case... all in 10 seconds.

They were suposed to give me a credit yesterday for the 10 bucks and call me back this morning which they did not so I call again. I am so pissed right now.
