MADELINE'S DANCE CENTER FRAUD, FRAUD FRAUD Marlboro New York
This company is a ripoff! Most of the teachers are not properly trained this studio is so unorganized it is sick! The owner throws pencils at her students during class, she has a bad temper and yells at the students all the time. Forget trying to pay your bill! The never know the correct amount for your account the accounts are all messed up. They never give you the correct amount of classes they state per year.
She does not do any background checks on her teachers, she had a teacher of Suny New Paltz that was really weird and asking young boys for their personal email address. They claim that they teach street hip-hop but they have no idea what hip-hop is. Nothing is organized at this place, Central Hudson showed up one day to turn off the electric while classes was going on!
The teaching there is very poor and they do not allow you to see what they have taught your child that day. The company credit cards are always maxed out even when we pay our bills. They have so many clicks there and they allow your children to be treated bad and are not attended. Beware of this business! It is a disgusting ripoff!!

I have an idea too who anonymous may be, and I can say for a FACT that this person is spreading LIES. Power has NEVER been turned off during classes, yes there was once an issue with C and H but it was cleared immediately, the person making these claims wasnt even here that day (I was). If anonymous wants to have ANY credibility he might want to use his name. I have known Madeline and every teacher her for several years and can say that Mr. Anon is full of it and is just spreading sour grapes. I will personally vouch for every teacher here and am not afraid of using my name. Madeline's is an A+ business with A+ employees.

A Dance Moms Point of View

Someone (anonomous) has obviously gotten their feelings hurt. I can say, as a mom of a Madelines dancer, If you have ever seen a Madelines dance recital, it is obvoius these children are happy. It is obvious, the instructors are qualified & talented. Many of them dance students of Madelines Center since children themselves. I think that speaks for itself. It is obvious that Madeline is well respected & loved by her staff and the students.
I can also say that I know who "anonomous" is. And that the time this person was the "manager", this dance center had a strange feeling of discomfort. Many of us moms found this person to be unwelcoming, unfriendly, and unprofessional. Taking personal phone calls while in the middle of dealing with a customer. The dance center was back to its friendly "family" atmosphere after this "manager" was gone.
Many of the instructors have been there for many, many years. So I find it hard to believe that they are not getting paid. And they teach the kids with excitement. Many of the students start as toddlers and continue until high school graduation & beyond. The results, the talented & beautiful performances given by these dancers speak for themselves.
