I was actually really surprised to see how many people were so upset at the Mademoiselle Spa/Fitness in the Saint.Catharines area, since i only heard from one of my friends that it was a big rip-off. Now i am one of those furious customers and I am not going to let them bring me down. Recently i signed up for the
"30 day trial" and the manager now told me that for the 30 days, i get 10 days to cancel my trial, "with a refund" and she said the 30 day trial is for, if i cancel my membership in 30 days i don't need to stay with the spa/fitness center but i don't get my money back., and after that I become a official member. Today I had a meeting with this lady and she denied the conversation I had with her, she even denied what she said to me, saying it doesn't work like that. I am one million percent positive that she told me that I can cancel anytime , she even stated they are not going to take my 100 dollars until the date my 30 days are up, but then I cannot cancel because "After the 10 days I am an official member" even though i did not pay my 100 yet, doesn't that mean i am not an official member?
if anyone, anyone at all can help me, or give me some insight to my situation, it would be greatly appreciated!

I was a member of Mademoiselle Spa in Guelph for a year and I was very impressed. the staff were excellent and very helpful.

The locust of your argument is that you got paid once a month with a two week holdback. Lots of people get paid that way, including me. If cash flow were important to you, why didn't you ask? What were you thinking/ After all you would need that information for your budgeting purposes anyway.

In my opinion it is vindictive to center out an employee, particularly a new one, and publicly humiliate them just because they didn't change the entire payroll system for you. Shame on you.
