madhouseparts.com accepted my money then after 4 weeks hung up on me and refused to talk or e-mail until i called repeatedly then told me they would refund my money but have not, and now will not take my calls or reply to e-mail. internet

 I ordered a carburetor from madhouseparts.com. If I would have done more in depth research would have found that they were not reputable. I order a part on Aug 25th 2013. I got a confirmation email and then nothing. After 2 weeks I tried contacting them through email which is the only way they want you to contact once your part is ordered. No response. So After 3 weeks I called and the only people that would answer was parts. Parts told me it had been shipped and that it was in Virginia. I was told he would send me a tracking number, never did. So at 4 weeks I called back and parts hung up on after telling me it wasn't there department to deal with me.

I then finally received a response email saying that the part was on back order and that they had sent me an email 3 weeks prior. I never received that email. I was also told by them that I was crazy and rude. That I would not be such a big man if I were in person and they would be cancelling my order and refunding my money. I found that this whole thing was very unprofessional and a little fishy. I have yet to receive refund to my account. When I call now my number has been blocked so I cannot contact them. If you value your money do not order from madhouseparts.com.
