asked for wire transfer after an ebay transaction and communicated that the money
was transferred from "MADINA.ALIKULOVA@t-online.de".

ebay deleted the transaction because of potential fraud.

I asked the bank to try to get the money back from the Postbank account.

I reported a case of fraud with the German police.
