He has tried up what is left of trusts until the cemtary is virutally broke. The man who was buying it from this Jim guy, has been working for nothing and robbing peter to pay paul just to keep the place barely open. Most of the trust are missing and people are not getting what some paid for almost 40 years ago, you know so when the need arose thier loved ones would not have to worry with it.

Now they are finding out that their loved ones were not buried as they were supposed to be with the proper drainage and being put into cement boxes with holes in the bottoms to serve as what we were told was an air tight water tight vault is quite a shocker. Some loved ones has be dug up and reburied , and when they were dug up found to be in a really big mess.

I'd say people would like to know where thier many millions are and why they were told they were getting vaults and got plain old concrete lawn crypts.

Outer Burial Containers

#2Consumer Suggestion

Sat, March 03, 2007

Hi. My name is Andrew. I am an ex-mortuary attendant and studing in mortuary science. When you go to a funeral home and are either making pre-arragements or at-need, ask to see a small model or picture of the vault you are going to purchase. When it rains, dirt can collect water and lift a vault and casket out of its grave. The holes on the bottom of cement containers prevent the vault from doing so. Cement containers are the most common used vaults because of dependability and price. If you are dissatisfied, contact your funeral home and ask to make a change. Prices will be different from $600- $10,000 depending on the outer burial vault.
