Please avoid at all cost. We purchased a chair which had a faulty part. They agreed to send a replacement part. That took 2 months. Once the part arrived it was the wrong part, I sent pics and they "determined" it was the correct part and I guess we were too inept to install it. So they offered to allow us to send the whole chair back at our own expense. I refused and agreed to send back the chair rim (the faulty part) and mesh for them to install and send it back (at our expense). I sent back the broken chair rim and the replacement chair rim along with the original mesh for installation and when I received it back the mesh was not installed in the new chair rim but an old USED part which matched the original rim....SO THEY INFACT DID SEND US THE WRONG REPLACEMENT PART AFTER ALL! So we wasted a ton of money sending back the item and providing a prepaid shipping label for them to return the "repaired" item back to us. Asked to be contacted by a manager and was told NO
