Madonnas Home Care Janet Ballelos Extreme MENTAL & PHYSICAL ELDERLY ABUSE by Caretaker & Owners at Madonnas Union City, California
I am writing this report because my Mom is in the Process of being killed by Horrible Mental & Physical Elderly Abuse she is getting from the Caretakers & Owners of the Nursing Home called "Madonnas Care Home" in Union City CA 94587.
Mom (Ethel) is being held like an isolated prisoner in a maximum security prison and nobody really seems to care about her life or whether she lives or dies except me her son (Pat).
They totally refuse to let me take her to lunch - take her back to her house - over to her friends - and not even out to there front yard or back yard. When I visit Mom Connie and / or Al will sit close for hours sometimes listening to every word we say. She has been there eight months and they illegally Monitor almost every phone call I make to Mom. They will not let her have access to a phone so she can call out.
She is physically and mentally fine and she has been taking care of herself all her life cooking - showering - dressing herself and taking care of normal everyday chores all her life up until Feb.10, 2012 when she got tricked into the Madonnas Care Home (have full details when needed)
Mom is definitely being held against her will at Madonnas and has told me many times to please help herget back to her home to her house in SanLeandro CA and there is no benefit to her at all by being at Madonnas Care Home.
The 2 or 3 people (Connie, Al & Johnnie) are working and / or owners at Madonnas Care Home are all:
#1 Compulsive Liars about about anything and everything they are asked and / or say they do.
#2 Very professional at mental & physical elderly abuse and know how to get away with it without arousing suspicion. .
#3 Have Easily Fooled with very amateur lies and notes a lot of the main law enforcement people that you would think who are out there to find - locate- stop and prosecute elderly abuse quickly.
I am adding a Condensed list of how this illegal thins they do at Madonnas Care Home and how their operation works -- It would be way to long if i did not condense it. house of horror is operating and keeping Mom as an isolated prisoner trying very hard to end her life as soon as possible -- And you ask "Why is she still There" -- the answer is at the end.
The caretaker & owner monitor almost every single call since mom has been there for eight months to keep her scared and upset and to obviously and clearly scare her into not saying anything bad about Madonnas owners or caretakers to the police or the elderly abuse people.

#1 8-31-2012 Update --- On Saturday 8-25-2012 the "Caretaker" at "Madonna's Home Care" (Name is "Al" - refused to give last name) Assaulted Mom (Ethel Walker) on Saturday 8-25-2012 by hitting her mouth and knocking out "8" to "12" of her"upper Denture teeth" out of her Mouth Mom said " the teeth went all over the floor".
* When i Questioned "Connie" and "Al" many times on Sunday 8/26/2012 on Moms Mouth and Missing Teeth -- "Al" totally refused to Answer or Talk to me at all.day for the 3 plus hours I visited Mom on that day.
* And Connie's answer was simply like always on any question -- "i don't know".
#2 - 7-26-2012 Update: Mom was petrified and scared after my visit for about 3 or 4 hours and was very close to a serious Medical Breakdown and was crying with tears in her eyes -- so I said he "Al" wont let you go even outside with me -- Do you want me to call the Police and they might help you go Home with me because you are not a prisoner and you have your rights. So i did a 911 Call and the Police officer came and said "Whats the Problem" -- I said Mom is very upset, stressed out, and
wants to Go Home -- the Officer said what's stopping you and i said nothing now,
Then "Al" interrupted and "told the UCPD (Union City Police Dept) Officer an outright Lye" that Ethel is going home with her other son "Michael" tomorrow -- And the Union City police officer Really Believed it even though i clearly said to the UCPD officer "that is definitely a Lie and " Mike wants Mom (Ethel) down here at Forever.
* The UCPD Officer came and went in less than 4 Minutes.
* Also Mike knows for sure any legitimate home care business would figure him out real quick and this is why he wants Mom locked up for good at Madonnas Home Care.
After the 8-25-2012 Assault on Ethel Walker by Madonnas Home Care" Caretaker "Al" -- He proceeded to Hand Feed her for "the first time in her life" (which i witnessed on Sunday 8-26-2012 dinner)
When i asked him "Al" why he was Hand Feeding Mom (Ethel Walker) -- He said: "Ethel is Messy" (His only words to me all day) !!!
"Al" who proceeded on "Force Feeding Mom" giving her with very little water even though she kept asking over and over for water while trying to swallow her food -- and he would say take "one more bite" and you get water. (At Mom's meal time they always sat a got a little 5 oz cup in front of her "always less than Full" and it was either Water or some kind of crumby Juice which i tasted more than once.
Over the next week and a half "Al" was in the Process of Choking Ethel Walker to Death which i found out through research and talking to an Elderly Care Expert who told me Many people Young & Old have Choked to Death eating food with out there Upper or Lower Teeth or Dentures -- You always need "Both the Upper Teeth & Lower Teeth Together to properly chew your Food up so it digests Properly to travel normally through the human digestive system.
If the Upper or the Lower one is missing they will quickly Die in their Sleep or while awake from Choking to Death from not being able to Breath from all of the Un-Digested food in their Lungs.
And then it will go down on the Coroners Report and Doctors Report as a "Death by Natural Causes" which could be a quite common way for some Shady People in the Medical and / or Home Care Business to Commit Legalized Murder in the United
State especially when Money Is The Motive !!!
From Sunday 8-26-12 that day on i talked to Mom everyday on the phone she went into Horrible totally uncontrollable Coughing Fits on the Phone way way beyond a Normal Cough..
* After this the ALA CO "DA" had made the UCPD (union city police dept) investigate the Elderly abuse assault on Mom --
"Al the caretaker" for attacking Mom for hitting Mom in the mouth and knocking her upper teeth out -- "AL" totally disappeared
from "Madonnas Home Care and no one knows where he went.
I have to say that Madonnas is kept Very Clean and I am sure this is part of there scam to fool any families and potential patients - the police - the elderly abuse people - the license people - the dept of health.
Even though they say so there is No Exercise or any kind of Recreation. at Madonnas.
When Mom got there they Hid / Threw out her "Walker" she used for the last 8 years - took or threw out her Canes - and Took her Glasses away.
Mom (Ethel ) tells me "many times this is a terrible place and i want to leave get out of here and go home" or just plain "get out of this place".
When we talk on phone almost every time they almost always Illegally Monitor Mom's Phone calls -- and at times there is very strange behavior between Connie & Al of Yelling, screaming, hollering, talking at the same time, banging things, making lots of noise.
Mom is Extremely Upset being Locked up at Madonnas and they Never Have let me take her out of to Lunch or Dinner or Fast Food -- This adds to her Horrible Treatment Because she has always had her Freedom until she got Tricked by Mike into being Locked up at Madonnas Care Home with Horrible Care and No Treatment, and Extremely Rude Caretakers.
The Main Plan at Madonnas Care Home owners and / or Caretakers (Al & Connie & Johnnnie) to Keep Mom (Ethel Walker) Extremely Upset and Unhappy Mixedup and confused by playing Mental Games and Tricks on her all the time which is
exactly what Mike wants them to do.
They have her sit on the couch everyday Far Away form the TV set that almost always has a Food Channel on that is usually on a Foreign Language that Mom does not understand .
For Mental games Connie and Johnnie have total strangers calling Mom up pretending to be her friend - to keep her unhappy and upset hoping they can give her a Heart Attack and make her Die.
Mom has always had a big appetite for food -- Now she has no appetite -- on top of that they give her very little food.
Al & Connie are extremely Rude to Mom and Me which is not normal or good for Mom or any Legitimate Medical Caring Facility. They have yelled at her a lot of times trying to scare her and telling her over and over she has Dementia and Alzhiemers -- which she Does Not Have.
They sit her on the Couch away from the TV in the front room every day so she has to just stair at the walls -- and the TV is almost always on a Foreign Food channel.
And if needed she has Excellent Medical insurance they told me will send a Nursing Care available at her house or come over every day and also has access to great doctors if needed and also 24 a hour medical help line and Hospital treatment if needed and a lot more i did not write down.
Most of the time She is being Totally ignored by Madonnas owners "Al & Connie & Johnnie" (Caretakers / Owners ???)
No Private Phone Calls for Mom at Madonnas -- All calls Monitored -- Al - Connie and Johnnie do not want Mom to have any Happiness or Freedom or to go back Home where she wants to and should be and are worried about the Police finding out
about there Shady Business Practices.
They Make mom sit on the Couch all day and watch the TV Food Channel that is in a
Foreign Language which she does not understand because she only knows the English language
Al and Connie will not answer None of My (Pat) Questions on Mom's Condition - Care - Medical Problems, Medications, etc etc etc.
They do not allow me to take Mom to Lunch - Dinner - Breakfast - Fast Food or anywhere - not even in the back yard or front yard.
During my visits "Al" or Connie Sits there close to Me and Mom Watching from the Kitchen Table or Recliner Chair "For
Hours" to hear everything we say to each other.
No Exercise - No Games - No Recreation - No Good TV that Mom like - Little or No Help - little or no conversation.
They Keep Mom Locked up like a Prisoner and Refuse to Let Me take Mom out to Lunch at a Restaurant or a Fast Food place for a Quick Snack or even in there Back Yard.
They have Refused many times to tell me who her Doctor is or if she even has a Doctor. (which i do not think she does - No legitimate Doctor would send their patient to a place with little care - no recreation - no exercise and total isolation.
My Telephone calls and Visits is really about one of the few things Mom has for Happiness that she has left andReally enjoys in Life and is always very happy when i call or visit her which she says almost every time i call or she sees me.-- so Connie tries to stop Moms happiness by saying when I Call that "Ethel is out with Mike and many times i have to call four to six times before i get through and Mom say that was a Lie about Mike taking her out because she has been sitting on the couch all day.
Al & Connie & Johnnie who I am assume the owners at Madonnas Care Home Clearly want to keep Ethel at there very unprofessional Medical Care Home until she Dies and as Cheaply and quickly as Possible so they can Possibly and Make some very Easy Money with no regard Regard or Care at all for Ethels Life -- and not a Care in the World for Ethel Health and Happiness.
I have already talked to Mom's Real Medical People and they said she has the Best coverage you can get and they will send a Nurse by her House every day if needed.
And that she also has 24 hour access to a Nurse or Doctor if needed and has 24/7 Medical Telephone and Ambulance service available around the clock..
Mom is mentally and physically fine and did quite well and wants to go back to Her San Leandro Home where she took care of herself for quite fine for years and totally self suffiicient as far eating and showering and getting around her San Leandro
House up until the phony 911 Call made by her other son (Mike) when he came home drunk (the proof is on the 911 tape) on 2-10-2012 to get her sent to the Hospital with his ultimate goal to get her locked up at Madonnas Care Home and leave his mother locked up and isolated to make die as soon as possible.
Al & Connie (may not be their real names) and Johnny are in 100% Conspiracy to Help and do what ever it takes to help Mike get away with this "premeditated plan to get rid of his own Mother - Ethel.
The Motive --- "Moms Money"

When one family member accuses another family member of "unspeakable" actions against a parent for financial gain. Whomever has the POA is just that - THE POA!!! Don't like it?? Talk to a lawyer and get your options. The Police cannot do anything about this because it is a CIVIL MATTER!!

I wrote this info for the the a large Federal & Local Law Enforcement Agency to help make things easier in their Investiagtion on the many Crimes Committed against Ethel Walker by Mike Walker...
#1 - A large Federal Law Enforcement Agency Advised me to give my report to Local Law Enforcement Police Dept. ( San Leandro CA Police Dept. ) and said they should be able to easily handle these crime's...
#2 - I called the San Leandro CA Police Dept. on July 31. 2015 and they sent "3" SLPD Officers over to get My Report and any other information needed for an investigation into Mike Walker's Premeditated Kidnap & Murder Plans for Ethel Walker... They did not write anything down -- But did ask if it was OK if they Took a Few days to investigate this Case... I said No Problem -- thats why I Called You... They never did introduce themselves --- So i asked the One who was doing most of the Talking -- Officer Spediacci -- for his Name and Card -- and he pulled out a "Regular Police Office Counter Card" with No Name -- No Badge Number -- And He wrote his Last Name on the Card...?

Issue: Son, Pat disturbing peace at Madonna’s care home calling Union City police that mother is being harmed at the facility.Union City police arrived at Madomta’s care home on August 3, 2012 that received a call that Ethel Walker was being harmed at the facility. Officer Joseph Cota investigated the problem and said everything looks fine and Ethel Walker is in peaceful condition. Resident: Ethel Walker Issue: Son, Pat Walker disturbing the peace atMadonri’ s care home the second time and called police that mother is being harmed at the facility.Union City police, officer Joseph Cota arrived again at Madonna’s care home on September 6, 2012 stating to Johnny Ballelos, that this issuhas to stop with Ethel’s son, Pat Walker. Cota inspected Mrs.Walker claiming that she doesn’t have any injury marks on her body or shows any distress ornervousness. Cota suggests that the family and/or the facility explain that Pat Walker is wasting the City’s time for issues that are not true. Cota referred back to the Old case# ----------

Hi my name is Mike. I am the other son of Ethel. My mother is 91 years old. There comes a time when a son or daughter has to make the decision to put there parents in a rest home. It is definitely not an easy thing to do. I am the one that had to make that decision and did what i thought best for my mother Ethel.
Madonnas Care Home came highly recommended.
As far as all the alligations my brother Pat has said against this care home they would not be in bussiness now if anything was true. Pat should quite sponging off everyone and get a life.

So your complaint seems very single sided. I drop by to drop groceries now and then to the facility. So as a person that makes visits and sometimes converses with the residents, the owner has spoken to me about a restraining order put against you by your own brother who is the rightful power of attorney over your mother's best interests. This website should really do its fact checking before allowing someone who has been court ordered to be no where near the facility.
The staff is aware that you are not to be in close to the facility or have to have contact with your mother, and has been informed to make a phone call to the authorities. Ripoff.com, please do an investigation in this matter, as you'll find a court order against this person, and you'll uncover the real story with the complainant. I say contact his older brother directly.
