MAF Motortransport, Gina & Chad Willhoite DOESN'T PAY EMPLOYEES ON TIME OR AT ALL, RUNS TRUCK WITHOUT INSURANCE & AUTHORITIES Wylie Or McKinney Texas
I was employed with MAF Motortransports on Sept. 2,2006 and ended my employment on Jan. 11,2007. I terminated my employment because I was being forced to drive a Commercial Truck that had cancelled insurance (for 19 days and still moving vehicles)and revoked Authorities. I was instructed to NOT pull into Weigh Stations which I recieved a citation for in New Mexico. I was burning up my CDL. I chose not to drive the truck without insurance and Gina & Chad Willhoite came and picked up the truck from my residence. Chad drove the truck with a customers car in the trailer (for hire), he possesed NO CDL license, no insurance, no authorities, no health card, no paperwork, no DOT numbers or placards, logbook, tires that were as slick as ice. He was shut down for ten hours because of this. The next morning at 11:00am another driver was put into the truck and transported 2 cars to the auction in Scottsdale,Az.
Since my employment I was to be paid on the 1st and the 15th. Since that time this is how payroll was paid...
09-22-06 & 10-01-06 wasn't paid until 10-15-06,
10-15-06 payroll wasn't paid until 10-23-06,
11-01-06 payroll wasn't paid until 11-18-06,
11-15-06 payroll wasn't paid until 12-20-06,(also given a 200.00 HOT CHECK)Still unpaid.
12-01-06 and 12-15-06 wasn't paid until 12-20-06,
01-01-07 still hasn't been paid and its now 1-21-07. My end date was 01-11-07. They say that they simply do not have the money. Now they CLAIM that there is damage to the truck and they are not going to pay me. They are trying to get out of paying me and according to Texas Statute they are commiting a Felony by not paying me. They had until the 15th of January to pay me according to the Texas Law. They cannot WITHOLD ANY MONEY out of my check according to the laws of Texas (WAGE division) I have sent them by email and snail mail the actual statutes, but Chad the baby that he is will not even respond without screaming like a little girl..
And Gina is the biggest liar there is. Gina kept Chad in the dark until everything fell apart because of her shoddy business practices. She has NO BUSINESS SENSE and her common sense is even less. If Gina tells you that the sun is shining then you better look out of the window and you will see that its pouring rain... She will tell you what you want to hear and know she is LYING. She will do ANYTHING for a dollar...
IF YOU SEE THIS COMPANY YOU BETTER RUN AWAY QUICKLY or you will get burned.
You've been WARNED!!! Learn from my mistake.

They don't pay their Broker fees either

I have received numerous calls about Broker Fees that were collected from COD cars. I mailed Gina a copy of the companies invoices, an addressed and stamped envelope. She told me that she prefered to mail checks for these fees. I know of one occasion that she bounced a check to a Broker. It took him 8 weeks to get his money.
Also I have given all information by way of phone numbers, address, relatives address and phone number. One broker called Chads cell phone and he denied even knowing MAF Motortransports. I find this amusing since HE OWNS THE COMPANY
But if they refuse to pay payroll they probably will not pay anybody else either. Its sad because Chad is vice president for Precision Cabeling, and since he has shown his business ethics to be non existent then how is this company gonna fare. Also he does GOVERMENT CONTRACTS, I wonder how they would feel about this information? Gina also is refusing to answer any of her many cell phones, so I suggest that you call and call and call.. They will get tired of hiding.
