Complaint Review: Magazine 800-514-0049

my son signed up for 4 magazines at a discounted price as a special intro. My credit card has been charged 24.90 a month since last feb! he said then he got 2 more that he never ordered. I called them to cancel this and they tell me he is locked into a 15 month payment plan!!! I told them i dont' think so not for 4 magazines. then she got a**y with me and i got a**y right back and now she told me i can call back when i can talk nicely!! You talk like that to you son??

Then i called back to get her supervisor and got some Tammi woman and she told me that my son would have to call to cancel, so he did and she got a**y with him and told him he has a mouth like his mother!! So now he has to call back at 1pm to talk to the supervisor who probably will start a fight with him like the others did with us and not cancel the subscription !!
