Magazine Service Center ripoff magazines illegally charged to my charge call tricked and lied to us Connecticut

Magazine Service Center illeagelly charged two magazine subscriptions to my charge card. When I called their eight hundred number (800-920-3667), I was on the phone almost one hour talking to a machine. It never understood me. The alphabets listed in my charges the machine never understood.

Finally I was given a confirmation number (015252D) saying that the charges ($40.00) would be removed from my charge card. One month later they have not removed anything.

I am going to write Discover card to inform them that these subscriptions are Illeagel, and I am not paying them.
