Magazine Services Of America Called with my credit card information and then sent me to collections Margate Florida
Not long after I started a subscription relationship with another, reputable agency, I got a call from MSA. I just assumed it was the same company. (Stupid me)! They had all my credit card info.
Soon, I started seeing charges from two companies on my statement. One from MSA and one from the legit company I was working with. Once I sorted out which one was for real I tried to take action. I attempted to cancel my account, but they said I was under contract, even though I never signed anything.
I finally changed my account number and got them off of my back, temporarity. Until eventually they sent me a collections letter for $748, for a product I never recieved. The collections agent tried to console me. First by assuring me I would recieve all my magazines after I paid my account in full. (I don't need any more magazines)! Then, she offered to settle my account at a discount. I would only have to pay $600! BS! Why would I fork over that much money just to get them off my back! I don't what to do next.
Someone has got to stop this company. They are all over the web. People are getting scammed everywhere!
