Magazine Services Of America Charged subsriptions to non-exsisting credit card then expect payment after 3 years Margate Florida
I received a bill last week concerning an unpaid magazine account. This bill from a collections agency (American Collections). First of all why wasn't I informed sooner?
Second, was this account covered by a credit card? I haven't had a credit card in three years.
thirdly, Why was this credit card allowed to be charged without my consent?
