I was charged 57.00 on 2 occassions for magazines I never received. I have tried to contact them thru a number on my bank statement, but unlike other companies that are valid, a number does not exist.

I would tell my bank I never ordered any magazines and not to let ANYBODY withdraw any money out of my bank account.
If you paid for them on a credit card, you need to dispute credit card charges ASAP!
You didn't say how these people know to victimize you in the first place.
THAT would be the key to advising you better.
