It has been 3 months since placing my order with this company and have not received my magazine.  I have called the company several times at different times during the day and always get a message "we are unable to take your call at this time".  After leaving several voicemails and also acting on their suggestion to also contact them by email, I have still received no response from this company.  I called the customer service number of the magazine I ordered, and they have no record of an order to be fulfilled by magdiscounters.com.  Do not use this site.  They are not reliable.  The customer service department of the magazine I ordered is fulfilling my order as we speak and I will receive it in 2 weeks.  Should have ordered directly from the magazine company to begin with.  Lesson learned!
