Complaint Review: Magellan RX - Horizon Drugs

I ordered medication from Magellan weeks ago. The charge automatically came through my account with in a day or two. A couple weeks went by and I never received anything. I emailed with no response. Now it has been weeks with no response and no product from Magellan RX. I emailed one more time with no response. I then looked up online problems with this company and found RIP OFF REPORT.

I then immediately contacted my bank to dispute the charge by Magellan. I called my bank on a Friday and by Monday they had contacted Magellan RX and got the money back into my account. Please also be sure if you gave them a card or bank account number that you change them immediately so this company has no further access to any personal information.

It is very frustrating and inconveinient when this happens....next time buyer beware, I will personally research more info on sites before ordering anything. I feel bad for all those who were dependent on very necessary medication and got SCREWED!
