OMG, I am so furious I hardly know where to start! Maggie Sottero is the WORST company ever and I am filing this report to warn all brides not to trust the most important gown they will wear to this terrible company.

I have waited patiently for 6 months for my wedding gown only to receive a call from my bridal shop telling me Maggie Sottero will not ship it to them!

They say the company closed the shop's account and cancelled all brides orders because Maggie claims they were selling below MSRP. Whaaaat?!?!?!

First off, I know I must have paid MSRP because the gown was the same price no matter what shop I visited so why is MY gown not coming in??? Why am I caught in the middle of this company's stupid policy when I did everything right and went to an authorized shop?

Secondly, I don't know if the shop did anything wrong but they say they followed all the rules and Maggie Sottero is running around shutting down shops all over the place and cancelling orders. I don't know what that is all about but it sounds to me like Maggie Sottero is having problems and can't deliver the gowns brides have paid for.

All I know is I am not getting my gown and I don't have time to order anything else. I'll be getting something off the rack...and it certainly will NOT be a Maggie Sottero dress. I am so disgusted by this company.

So, be warned girls. Apparently following all of Maggie Sottero's "rules" and buying from one of their "authorized" shops still doesn't mean you will get your gown.

What this company is doing is appalling, especially when they know a wedding gown is the most important dress a girl will ever buy.

Maggie, keep your problems between you and your shops. Don't make brides pay the price. And if you can't deliver, get your company fixed before taking peoples' hard earned money!

I wonder if Maggie Sottero is going out of business. If this is their idea of customer service, they should go out of business. Ha! I thought a bride just had to worry about the shop going out of business!!!

We are sorry to learn of this unfortunate experience. Maggie Sottero is committed to providing every bride with the finest experience by creating innovative designs and the best fit in the industry. Accordingly, those retailers authorized to assist brides in selecting a gown, and to also ensure that she receives best-in-class service from the selection of the gown through final fitting and delivery, are specifically selected and approved by Maggie Sottero. To ensure this level of service, we have established important policies that each our authorized retailers are required to follow. We take these policies seriously and regularly monitor our retailers to ensure compliance.

It is unfortunate that at times, due to certain violations of our policy, it becomes necessary to terminate our association with and retract Authorized Retailer status from a retailer. Our objective in making these difficult decisions is, at least in part, to ensure future brides are spared disappointing experiences while purchasing their Maggie Sottero gown.

Regrettably, it appears that this terminated retailer did you a disservice by neglecting to inform you that you could visit another authorized Maggie Sottero retailer in the area, through which Maggie Sottero is able and willing to deliver your originally ordered gown. In the event a retailer is terminated, undelivered orders are retained in our system and warehouse and we endeavor to deliver them, once we know who they belong to. Again, it appears that perhaps the retailer did not have your best interests at heart, since they could have given you this information.

If your wedding has not already taken place, please immediately contact another authorized Maggie Sottero retailer in your area who will work with us to get you your gown. A complete list of current authorized retailers can be found at www.maggiesottero.com. In the event your wedding has already passed, we hope it was everything you dreamed it would be. We extend our best wishes for a future of happiness.
