I purchased through an Amazon vendor called Mega Monster a Magic Chef table top micro wave.  2 months later the appliance does not work.  It is now past the 30 days for a refund so I contact Magic Chef to honor the warranty and take in the appliance for repair.

The response was as follows:  cut the cord off the appliance and mail it to us and we will issue a refund in a couple of weeks. First of all who ever heard of such a thing.   am not going to cut a cord off an appliance.  How would they even know it was their cord??

Furthermore they want me to pay for returning the cord.  They did not even offer to pay for the return since they could not honr their warranty specifications.

Don't buy from Mega Monster they will tell you we only sell it on Amazon.  Certainly don't buy from Magic Chef. Cna International owns Magic Chef.  Still waiting for response from Cna International & Amazon
