Complaint Review: Magic Coach Limousines

I hired Roy w/ Magic Coach Limousine as a surprise for my wife and her friends who were going to a concert on a Thurs evening. I paid Roy $355 for 6 hours of Limo use (got one hour free as part of Roy's concert package). Roy picked my wife and her 2 friends up on time and dropped them off at the venue at about 6:20pm...when my wife called Roy at 9:40pm to pick them up, he was upset that they wanted to leave before the concert was over. Then, when my wife requested that Roy drive them around a bit (since I had reserved the Limo till Midnight), Roy proceeded to get very angry that he was having to DRIVE them. Keep in mind this is the owner of a Limo service...isn't driving kind of what one does??? He continued to tell my wife that this is not what I had paid him to do. He said I requested a drop and pick up only, which is entirely untrue. I specifically told Roy that I wanted them to be able to drive around and enjoy the Limo...thats why I paid for 6 hours! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
