Complaint Review: Magic Jack

Magic Jack (contacts exclusively in India) claims on nation wide TV that your order is free for 30 days, and money instantly refunded when returned if dissatisfied. I was charged $133.00 to my checking account, and since their only contact is by chat, you get someone in India telling you too bad, your money will be returned in 70-90 days.

They are unconcerned about breaking Federal advertising laws, committing bank fraud, and failure to disclose what the charges are for. That's right, no bill, a phone number noone answers, and complete disregard for your (righteous) anger at the blatant lying and fraudulent bank charges.

I saw this morning over 175,000 people have been caught just over the internet, so there is no telling how many people have been ripped off through their TV commercials. I am up for a class-action suit.
