I stopped the order and closed out the browser before I finished my order. Never gave permission for them to charge my card. Less than 24 hours later I have a charge of $50.85 on my account. Contacted Live Chat and they couldn't find my order. I had no order# for them to track it by. They also wanted me to give them my CC# again. Which I refused. They couldn't help any further.

Beware if you order online with this company. I am filing complaints with the BBB, My states Attorney General, and VISA. If anyone else has had the same problem I hope you will do the same. By the way, they have a D rating with the BBB.

UPDATE: This morning I checked Magic Jack LP at the BBB and they received a D rating. Tonight it now rated F. Which in general means that The Better Business Bureau strongly recommends you not to do business with this company
