Magic Jack is a complete rip-off. It doesn't work as advertised. And when you try to return it, they really give you the run around, claiming they can't find your order. Even though you have the product in your hand. Their game is to give you the run around until the thirty days is up and you can no longer return product.

In their TV ad, they claim complete satisfaction or they will even pay the return postage. When you finally do get a RMA form, they simply tell you that you have to pay. They will not pay the return postage. How can this be allowed?

They air these commercials. Aren't there some laws protecting people. What do our Attorney Generals do about this stuff?

I filed a grievance with the Attorney General of Ohio. We shall see if they help.

Don't be fooled by this piece of garbage. Do not order this product. It doesn't work and they will not honor their ads about return policies.

I looked up magic jack at 10pm and it said Feb 16th, it is now Feb 17th at 3:51am, here is a pix of there offer http://i92.photobucket.com/albums/l19/RedRussia60/Onlyavialable.jpg . As you can see it says Feb 17th, on the 17th and it said Feb 16th on the 16th, try it yourself, if you don't find it works, they probably read this and changed there bad business practices. I may still buy the device, but in no way shape or form do I condone this type of advertising.
