Complaint Review: Magic Jack

Just like Mike, I live in Fort Myers, Florida. I was not able to access a local area code, which means that any of my local friends, work and related calls will result in a toll call for anyone who calls me. This makes the connection virtually useless to me.
As far as the money back gaurentee, my checking account was charged immediately and I don't have a clue how to return this device. I have gone on their website and as far as getting some answers, there is no phone number for customer service and there was no paperwork in the envelope with the order. I am very frustrated by the whole situation! There was no up front information about being limited to area codes. Who would think to ask that question to begin with. I just don't know what to do at this point. Their website is a joke. When you go to do a live chat, there is no way to submit. I wish that I had never been enticed to waste my money!!
