Complaint Review: Magic Jack LP

I bought a Magic Jack. I was supposed to be billed in two installments. 46.90 was supposed to be taken out on 5/19 and 49.95 taken on 6/13. Instead 96.85 was taken all at once. They still plan to charge me 46.90 on 6/13/08. I bounced a check because they charged me all up front. I will have to pay a stop paymentment fee to my bank to prevent them from charging me again.

They refuse to acknowledge they charged me up front. They insist they only have a hold placed on the funds. My bank is willing to provide a statement funds were released to magic jack.
