Ordered Product On August 26 (SUNDAY) Didnt Get Product For 10 Days There After. Received Prodct On Sept 4th . Registered Product On Sept 4th. Had Product For 3 Weeks. Let Agent Know It Does Not Work & I Will Be Returning US MAIL Cert.Delivery Confirmation. Which I Did. Cert. Delivery Confirmation #03050830000344529651. Mailed out On Oct 1. Billed $80.00 Something By Magic Jack. They Have Our Money & The Product!! Asked To Refund & They Say "NO!!!"

All We Are Asking Is For The Money They Pulled From Our Account!!! I Even Said I Would Let Them Keep $20.00 For Them Shipping Product In The First Place.
