I ordered magic jack, received the product promptly, but when it would not benefit my situation I returned it within the " " free trial period.

Over a full month after returning the product I noticed through my online banking that Magic Jack repeatedly attempted to charge my credit card.

Finally they charged my card for $11.00, even though return shipping is supposed to be free, putting me in the red and costing me an additional $35.00 in NSF fees.

The only way to contact customer service is through an on-line chat. No cust. serv. phone #.

It took 6 different chat sessions, over another month period, to finally get the issue resolved although every time they promised to remedy the situation within 48 hours.

I believe in "Truth in Advertising" and honest buisness practices. Neither of which is practiced by this company.

I highly recommend NOT purchasing this product.
