Magic Jack Product did not work and was returned but did nit get $80 credit West Palm Beach Florida
The jack did not work well. I was able to make connections, but on almost all of the calls the person I was talking with only got every other word.
I performed all there suggested fixes, but nothing cleared up the problem. They gave me a return authorization number, but now months later I did "not" get a credit.
