Magic Jack Ripoff from the start, couldnt get this to work, after 2 days tried to find address to return it, unable to locate 5700 Georgia Ave., West Palm Beach, Florida
What a scam!. after realizing I couldn't get this to work, I tried to find a return address or phone number to return it and what a stopper!. ON rhw Web Page I was finally able to chat with an employee that refused to give me the return address, said he would give me a link to fill out a form that would then give me the address, and after I sent them the form, I would get the return address to get my money of $49.30 returned to me that they pulled from the bank. After clicking on the link and sitting and waiting for the form to pop up, for almost 1 hour, and nothing happened, I knew I got screwed!.
I called the bank to try to get my money back, and they saying that it might take 45 days to get money back, if any, I then called the Fl. Governers Office,
Agriculture DEpartment, Consumer Affairs,1=800-435-7352, and filled out a form for them, and returned it, Electronically, (Takes 2 days) then also faxing them pertinent info, like bank statement showing where Magic Jack had pulled the money out of the bank, any other info you might think might help you to get your money back. That is what they need. Fax NO. is 1-850-410-3804, Attn: Mediation Enforcement/ Right now that is pretty much to where I am now.
