MAGIC JACK Sent me two units instead of my order for one and debited my bank for two Cannot contact West Palm Beach Florida
I ordered one Magic Jack and was debited for two on my debit card and was also sent two. I noticed upon receipt of the package that there was not a return address to sent the item back if you did not like it within 30 days. The telephone numbers are not good and when you can get a number it rerfers you to another bad number. Cannot get a live person and any ordering is done through a sales order recorder. I was so mad about the double order that I never used the items and I sent them back to Peter Russo, Magic Jack LLC, 5700 Georgie avenue, West Palm Beach, Florida 33405 with delivery confirmation and I suggest if you make a order you do the same thing and send it back.
